Management Board members


Jurij Tršan has been Chief Executive Officer of Orbico Group since October 2018. He is managing all business segments across 20 countries in Europe with around 8,000 employees, with special focus on core markets: Romania, Poland, Croatia, Bulgaria and Slovenia. He started his career in Orbico Slovenia in 1996 as Sales representative, followed by different sales positions in the next few years in Slovenia and abroad. Among other projects, he was leading business in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bulgaria.

After many international projects, he was appointed to Group Development function where he was working with Mr. Branko Roglić on Orbico business growth and development, that resulted with company presence on 20 markets and businesses around 2 bn EUR in FMCG and Beauty segments. As the CEO of the Group Jurij is holding responsibility for HR, IT, logistics and digital functions. Together with CFO and Procurement team, he recently worked on Group procurement function establishment. Jurij also leads the team that develops Orbico's strategy with members of the board for sales and finance. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana.

Romina Orešković Cvetanović was appointed as Orbico Group Management Board Member and Chief Financial Officer as of February 2019. Her career in Orbico started in Accounting Department in 1998. During 23 years of work experience Romina obtained various important functions in financial, accounting, controlling and IT areas such as: Financial Director, Vice President for Finance and IT, and Vice President for Corporate Finance.

Romina has been an important member for IT and reporting strategy and reporting system development. She is also an important team member in charge of five-year Strategy development and establishment of legal and procurement function on the Group level. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb and obtained MSC degree in economics and completed postgraduate studies (Accounting, Finance and audit). Romina graduated from Controlling Akademie in Munich as well.

Irena Novinec was appointed as Orbico Group Management Board Member and Chief Operating Officer for Beauty, Style and Salon Professional categories as of January 2020. She started her long-term career in Orbico in 1992 as General Manager of Orbico Slovenia.

After few years of holding management position in Mercator (2000 - 2009), Irena re-joined Orbico as Vice President of the Orbico Group and General Manager of Medicopharmacia, and Orbico Serbia. After that, she led Orbico Slovenia again. As Orbico Group Vice President, Irena was also in charge of process development at Orbico Group level: HR, toy categories and digital development.

Alexandrina Marinova was appointed as Orbico Group Management Board Member and Chief Operating Officer for FMCG and Special Categories as of January 2020. Alexandrina joined Orbico Bulgaria in 2012 as Administrative Director and in following years she performed various leadership positions such as General Manager of Orbico Bulgaria, Vice President for Development, Deputy CEO.

Alexandrina gained 25 years of her broad experience in General Management, Sales and Marketing working in multinational and private companies such as Gillette and Procter & Gamble, and helping the development of global multibillion dollar brands such as Mach3, Fusion, Venus, Duracell, Braun, Pantene, H&S, Wella across various geography locations. She graduated from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia where she acquired her Bachelor Degree in Economics and Master Degree in Law.
